Delivery
Your bought item will be sent via Tracked delivery. We post the item(s) within 24 - 48 hours after receiving a cleared payment. If you are unable to receive your parcel for any reason, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office (UK customers only). If you have not collected the item within 2 weeks from local sorting office the parcel will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given subtracting the original postage costs.
No items will be dispatched on bank holidays and weekends, but normal service will resume on the next working day.
Delivery to European Buyers can take 4 to 8 working days and to International rest of the World 6 to 12 working days. If parcels are delayed or cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address the item will be returned to us, we will then require the postage again, if the item is no longer wanted then a refund of the item value will be issued.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with the item you can return it back in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the return of the item. It is recommended the item be delivered via recorded delivery service so the item can be tracked and this would be your proof of purchase. We are also happy to offer exchange within 14 days excluding P&P cost.
Note: - Please send the returned item with the invoice we have attached. As soon as we receive the returned item we will process the return.
